HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash browns with onions
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 c. light sour cream
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Put potatoes in large mixing bowl; cover with 4 cups hot tap water. Leave 20 minutes. Drain potatoes. Add soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 8x8 inch dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be mixed ahead of time and refrigerated.
