|SCALLOPED TURKEY AU GRATIN|
2 1/2 cups diced roasted (leftover) Turkey
10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cubed Cheddar Cheese
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/4 cup finely crushed cracker crumbs
Combine leftover turkey, soup, water, cheese, and seasonings in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake in a hot oven (400°F.) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with Chinese noodles.
