PINEAPPLE PIE FILLING 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook first 4 ingredients until thick. Add butter and lemon juice. Cool slightly and pour into a baked pie shell and cool. Top with whipped cream.
