SALMON PIE 
2 cans salmon (red or pink)
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 sticks of celery, chopped
6 med. potatoes
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel potatoes and boil until done; drain and mash. Add salt and pepper and butter with 1/2 cup milk. Put salmon in pan with liquid (remove skin). Add large onion and celery. Let simmer until onions and celery are tender. Add to mashed potatoes; add egg. Put in pie shells, add top crust. Bake in 375 degree oven until golden brown. Makes 2 pies.

PIE CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter flavored Crisco

Mix all ingredients with ice water until dough is sticky. Roll out and put in pie plates.
