SHORTCAKE PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together in pie plate and push into place with fingers. Bake at 400 degrees (375 degrees for glass) until just begins to brown. Cool and fill with favorite filling.

NOTE: Not appropriate for fillings which must be baked in the crust.
