BAKED WILD RICE & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. boiled wild rice
2 c. chicken, diced
1 c. cooked celery (not too well done)
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken gravy
1/2 c. chicken broth
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Place in buttered casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
