SUGAR CURED SMOKED HAM 
4 lb. sugar
1 box brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard
1 (8 oz.) honey
Cloves
15-20 lb. smoked ham
Orange juice concentrate

Cover ham in water mixed with 4 pounds sugar. Let set for 2 days and nights. Dry ham and make cuts in top of ham. Mix honey, orange juice and mustard and brown sugar. Spread over ham completely. Pour juice mixture over ham, saving enough juice to baste 2 times during cooking. Cloves can be added for flavor. Cook at 200 degrees for 18-20 hours.
