3 c. (1 1/2 12 oz. bags) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
Dash of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Melt chips with condensed milk and salt over low heat in heavy bottomed pan. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread into 8 or 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
