CREAM CHEESE PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 serving) pkg. instant pudding, any flavor

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Mix well and press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill 15 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, remaining sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in 1 3/4 cup of the whipped topping, spread over crust.

Pour remaining milk into bowl, add pudding. Beat 1-2 minutes until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours. Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping on top.
