PASTA WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES 
1/2 lb. linguine
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Parsley sprigs
Whole sun dried tomatoes
Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta, drain. Return to same pot. Add next 6 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Toss over low heat until warmed through. Transfer to plates. Garnish with parsley sprigs and whole sun dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 2.
