MEAT - CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel chilies & tomatoes
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Chips

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add garlic salt, Ro-tel and soup. Add cheese in small chunks. Warm over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve in a chafing dish. Use chips for dipping.
