QUICHE BUT NO CRUST 
3 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can Durkees French Fried Onions
2 (4 oz.) cans baby shrimp, drained
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Several drops Tabasco
1 c. sour cream
6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6.

NOTE: This is a favorite recipe for company lunches. I serve it with fried apples or fruit salad and crusty bread. Everyone always asks for the recipe.
