3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Sift flour, measure. Combine eggs, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Place over small bowl of hot water. Beat until very thick and creamy.
Add sugar gradually; beat well. Remove bowl from water and mix flour into mixture. Add vanilla and mix.
