MULTIGRAIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. bread flour
1/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/8 c. sunflower seeds
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Put in bread maker as directed for standard white bread or mix, knead, and let rise as directed with standard bread.
