This is my secret recipe: penne pasta tossed with chicken, Italian sausage, Pasta sauce and ricotta, topped with Parmesan, mozzarella and baked.


2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. ricotta
2 tbsp. butter
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 jar pasta sauce (or make your own)
1 Italian sausage
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced

Mix all together and simmer while pasta cooks.


1 lb. penne pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil

Boil pasta until done then mix sauce and pasta together and put in baking dish. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella and bake at 375F until cheese is melted and browned.

Let stand for 20 minutes and enjoy.
