8 c. coconut milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. canned creamed corn
Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Cook and keep stirring over low fire until it has thickened completely.
Pour it into a flat pan, refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight. Cut it into small pieces and then it is ready to serve.
