|SOUTHWEST CHICKEN WITH CORN|
1 package Rice-a-Roni Spanish rice
1 14.5 oz can of Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 package chicken tenders, seasoned with taco seasoning
2 individual packages Green Giant corn
½ cup Pico de Gallo
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Prepare rice according to directions on package, using 2 cups chicken broth instead of water.
Grill chicken at the same time, cut up and add to rice mixture with Pico De Gallo, corn and spices.
