QUICK & EASY CITRUS-GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
4 1-inch thick pork loin chops, bone-in
1/2 cup orange marmalade
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400F.

Spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle the chops lightly with salt and pepper.

Put in pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove pork chops from oven. Put oven on broil (highest temperature setting).

Microwave orange marmalade until melted. Brush pork chops with marmalade. Broil 6-inches from heat for about 3-5 minutes.

Very easy and tasty!
