CHICKEN BREAST AND STUFFING 
8 chicken breasts, deboned
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup

Prepare Stove Top stuffing as the directions indicate, using a little less water to make the stuffing firmer. Using an ice cream scoop preferably, place 1 scoop of stuffing on the bottom of a baking dish for each chicken breast. Place 1 chicken breast on each scoop of stuffing. Pour the can of soup over the top of the chicken breast. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
