BEEF BOLOGNA 
2 lbs. extra lean hamburger (can use all or part venison)
2 tbsp. Morton's Tender-quick
1 c. water
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
Pinch of salt
Pepper if desired
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix all together thoroughly. Shape into 3 rolls about 6 inches long. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Unwrap, place on broiler rack and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Freeze or refrigerate.
