BEEF AND LIVERWURST LOAF 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 lb. liverwurst
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. American cheese, cut in 1/2 inch cubes

In large bowl, beat egg until foamy. Stir in milk, onion, salt, pepper and cornflake crumbs. Add liverwurst and ground beef. Divide meat into 3 portions. Press 1 portion meat into bottom of 9x5 inch loaf pan. Put half the cheese cubes over meat. Press a second layer of meat, then cheese. Seal with third layer of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and slice for sandwiches.
