MEXICAN BORDER CHEESE FONDUE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese Mexican hot or mild
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 bunch scallions, diced
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained or squeeze out water from spinach

Simply place prepared ingredients into crockpot on medium temperature. Keep warm for dipping. Serve with plain tortilla chips or bread cubes or fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli and cauliflower).
