SAUSAGE KOLACHES 
1 batch Kolache dough (see recipe)
2 pkgs. mini sausages
1/2 c. butter, melted

Pinch off pieces of dough, about the size of a half dollar. Flatten the dough in the palm of your hand. Place a mini sausage in the middle and wrap the dough around the sausage. Place on a greased cookie sheet with a pastry rush, place a thin coating of butter over each Kolache. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown.
