3 LEAF CLOVER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
Flour
Salt
1 c. water

In small bowl put yeast, sugar, 1 cup water. In big bowl put eggs and a pinch of salt. In saucepan put milk and butter and heat until butter is melted. Pour into big bowl with eggs. Add flour until dough is kneadable.

Knead until smooth; put in bowl. Let rise; push down and shape into rolls. Put on pan; let rise and then bake 20 minutes.
