LOW SODIUM, LOW CALORIE GRAVY 
1 cube salt free chicken bouillon (1 tsp.)
1 cube salt free beef bouillon (1 tsp.)
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of thyme
Pinch white pepper

Dissolve cornstarch and crushed bouillon cubes in cold water. Add spices. Cook, stirring constantly, until boiling and smooth.

Makes 1 cup.
