LOW-CAL CORNBREAD 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/8 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg

Sift first 5 ingredients together. Make a well in the middle of mixture. Pour milk and oil into dry ingredients. Add egg and beat it into mixture. Pour into slightly oiled 8 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
