2 lb. dark chunk chocolate (bulk)
1 c. whipping cream
Break up the block of chocolate, melt over a low heat. Cool and fold in the whipped cream. Chill, form into balls size of a walnut and roll in finely salted nuts. Must be refrigerated to store.
