EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken breasts (halved and deboned)
8 strips bacon
Swiss cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 cans mushroom soup

Wrap each chicken piece, stuffed with Swiss cheese, in a bacon strip. Secure with a toothpick. Put in a baking dish. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Yield 8 servings.)
