CREAM PUFF RING (ECLAIR) 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Bring water and butter to boil. Add flour and vanilla. Beat and let cool. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each time. Grease cookie sheet. Form circle with a hole in middle. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

1 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Beat together until thick. Split ring in half and add filling. Put other half on and top with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk

Combine sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Add enough milk to desired consistency. Frost ring.
