CROCK POT MENU 
4-6 potatoes
4-6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup

(Cream of celery or cream of chicken soup, etc. can be substituted for the mushroom soup.)

Peel 4 to 6 medium size potatoes. Halve and place in bottom of crock pot. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Brown 4 to 6 lean pork chops on both sides.

Arrange browned pork chops over top of the potatoes. Spoon 1 can undiluted soup over the pork chops. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours; on high 4 hours.
