ARTICHOKE NIBBLERS 
2 jars marinated artichokes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs

Drain artichokes, reserving liquid from 1 jar. Saute onion and garlic. Chop artichokes. Beat 6 eggs, slightly. Add onion, garlic, artichokes and reserved juice, salt, pepper, oregano and cheese. Mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut in squares. Serve warm or cold.
