1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. melted butter, divided
3 tbsp. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. orange extract
Grated orange peel (garnish)

Combine crumbs, 1/2 cup butter and sugar. Press evenly onto bottom and 3/4 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in butter and orange extract. Turn mixture into spring form pan and bake 15 minutes only. Cool. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving. Remove sides of pan. Garnish with grated orange peel. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
