EASY PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks
1 sm. can maraschino cherries
1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 egg

Spread melted butter around bottom and sides of casserole. Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom. Spread pineapple and cherries over sugar. Save drained pineapple juice. Use pineapple juice instead of water in the yellow cake mix. Mix up cake mix and pour over mixture in casserole. Bake as directed on cake mix box. Let cake cool before turning over.
