PINEAPPLE BREAD 
1 #2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 pieces bread with crust, cut up

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add pineapple, mix and stir in bread. Put into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour until light brown. Delicious with ham!
