|HAM AND ASPARAGUS ROLLS|
18 slightly cooked asparagus spears
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices boiled ham
Wrap 3 asparagus spears with a slice of cheese and ham. Place seam down in shallow baking dish. Mix the following for sauce: 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions 1 tbsp. dijon mustard Dash of salt and pepper
Spoon mixture over top of ham rolls. Add 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs to 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 3-6.
