LEFTOVER PINTO BEAN CHILE 
Leftover cooked pinto beans
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
Cheese slices, if desired
Chile powder to taste
Salt & pepper
5 sprinkles of Texas Pete

You can use leftover pinto beans or cook 1/2 pound bag of pinto beans. In pot you cook beans in add tomatoes (cut up in small pieces). Then add onion and green pepper. Add chile powder, salt, pepper and Texas Pete to your desired taste. Let cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve with cheese slices over the top.
