GROUND TURKEY PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables or your choice, thawed
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Vegetables, such as broccoli, green beans, etc.

In a 3-quart saucepan, brown turkey. Drain off any fat. Stir in vegetables, soup, milk and spices. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Spoon into an 8-inch round baking dish. Put steam slits in crust and place on top of dish. Turn edge under; flute. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Let stand for 5 minutes.
