HERB-BAKED FISH 
1 lb. frozen haddock, halibut or cod
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash of pepper
1 sm. bay leaf
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion, separated into rings
1/2 to 3/4 c. light cream

Place frozen fish in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with the seasonings. Add bay leaf. Arrange onion rings over top of fish and pour cream over all. Bake uncovered in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Makes four servings.
