ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can sweetened crushed pineapple
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
4 slices bread, cubed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together undrained pineapple, salt, sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs and place mixture in an 8" or 9" square baking dish. Toss bread cubes with butter and place on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Great with ham.
