ST. PATRICKS DAY (30)

|7 LAYER JELLO SALAD OR RAINBOW|
4 sm. boxes, any flavor Jello or colors
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 env. on flavored gelatin
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. boiling water
Mix milk and sugar, scald it. Dissolve 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir into milk mixture, let cool just a little. Stir sour cream into mixture until smooth and creamy using hand beater or wire whisk.
Make first layer of Jello with 1 box Jello, 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Let set in refrigerator 30 minutes. Put a layer of 1 1/2 cup white sauce. Let set in refrigerator 30 minutes. Mix all layers Jello same as first. 3rd layer Jello - set 30 minutes. 4th layer -white sauce - set 30 minutes. 5th layer Jello - set 30 minutes. 6th layer -white sauce - set 30 minutes. 7th layer Jello and refrigerate overnight. Cut into small cubes. Very colorful.
