COCONUT EGGNOG PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. eggnog
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Nutmeg

Blend in cornstarch with sugar. Then whip in eggs and other ingredients. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 20 minutes.
