2 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1/8 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper & garlic salt
3 thin slices cooked ham
2 tsp. lemon juice

Place chicken breasts skinned side down on board; pound to 1/4" thickness. Combine basil, salt, pepper and garlic salt; sprinkle on chicken. Place 1 1/2 slices ham on each chicken breast to cover; roll up lengthwise with ham inside. Place both rolls, seam side down in a 10" x 6" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Chill; cut into 1/4" slices. Makes 24 slices. Serve with party size breads.
