|HOMEMADE BROWN BREAD|
4 c. warm water
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tbsp. salt
Dissolve 2 packages dry yeast into 1 cup lukewarm water. Add this to the above mixture after yeast is dissolved.
Sift 6 cups flour (4 white, 2 brown). Add and stir this well. Then add more white flour (whatever amount is needed, approximately 6-7 cups) so you can handle dough with hands but still a little sticky.
