1 lb. backfin crab meat, picked carefully
1/4 lb. butter
Salt, red & black pepper to taste
1 1/4 tbsp. vinegar
Gently mix salt, peppers and vinegar with crab meat. Place in 1 quart casserole, dot with butter and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until butter bubbles at bottom. 4 servings.
