CAROLE'S RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) strawberry or raspberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar

Cut up rhubarb and put into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with the dry Jello. Sprinkle on the sugar and marshmallows. Mix cake according to directions and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let sit 10 minutes and turn over onto cookie sheet. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
