FISH FRY RICE 
8 or 9 oz. fish, cut in cubes, boneless
4 tsp. peanut oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
Couple splashes soy sauce
Tony seasoning to taste
Garlic
Mushrooms, sliced
1 c. cooked rice

Saute onions, celery, bell peppers in oil until soft. Put fish in and stir a little, add mushrooms, stir a little while longer. Add soy sauce, Tony seasoning and garlic. Stir until mixed. Add rice. Stir to mix. Simmer until fish looks done. Should not take more than 10 minutes.
