CREAM CHEESE AND CHIVES MASHED
POTATOES
 
4-6 med. size potatoes, peeled and cut for parboiling
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
Milk
1 tbsp. chives
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Prepare potatoes as you would for mashed. Drain potatoes, whip with butter, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add chives. Put potatoes in uncovered casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
