|ASIAN-STYLE CHICKEN WINGS|
3 lbs chicken wings
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced scallions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine salt, 5 spice powder. In a large bowl, combine the rest of ingredients, reserve. Toss wings with spices. Arrange wings in single layer in pan.
Bake 10 minutes. Brush with reserved sauce. Turn wings, brush with sauce again. Bake another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions.
