PASTA A LA ELFO 
16 oz. thin spaghetti
4 c. butter
Garlic salt
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, cut up & peeled
12 lg. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 tsp. Accent

Cook spaghetti and drain. Heat butter in a large skillet. Add garlic salt, shrimp and mushrooms. Cook slowly in butter for approximately 8 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and Accent. Stir well and serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
