GOLUMPKI CASSEROLE 
1 cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
Rice (1 cup uncooked)
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Basil

Par boil cabbage cut into 1 inch slices; brown hamburger and soften onions. Layer 1/2 of the cabbage and hamburger onion mix in a casserole. Layer 1 cup uncooked rice. Layer tomato sauce. Salt and pepper, basil. Next layer remaining cabbage. Cover with whole tomatoes chopped slightly (may substitute crushed tomatoes). Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
